I am a singer/songwriter from Bogota, Colombia, living in San Diego, California. Ever since I can remember I have loved singing, dancing, and choreographing shows with my cousins for my family reunions.
Music has always been a safe scape for me to release and express emotions that I can’t really put into words.
From chorus in Elementary School and Middle and High School, to Taco Tuesdays at Florida State University with my best friend Kat Hall, I have been on a marvelous musical journey. She helped me leverage my career to the next level as an artist and as Singer.
I love spreading the light that fires up my soul. I, Moni, sing with a variety of bands as back up and surprise guest.
The Moni Light band was born in July 2o22 and resides in Southern California and we are playing all across San Diego from Ocean Beach to Lake Side.
